My name is Kristin Duffield and I married into the Duffield family 10 years ago. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education P-3 and Special Education. I have been teaching in the Monroe Township School District for 10 years. I have taught 9 years in the Autism Program and am currently teaching Preschool. When I am not teaching, I like to be out on the farm with my two boys and husband. My favorite thing to do is pick fresh strawberries! I look forward to seeing you on the farm!
My name is Heather Ritchie. I am the oldest granddaughter of Dave and Mary Duffield. Growing up on the farm allowed me to have a unique and amazing childhood experience. I currently use elements learned through my life on the farm and business, as a teacher in Washington Township. I have my degree in Elementary Education and have been teaching for 12 years in schools in Camden, Vineland, and Washington Township. I am looking forward to sharing my family’s love and knowledge of agriculture with all our future farmers this summer!
