Sourdough Basics Class
at Duffield's Farm
Saturday, November 7th, 9am - 12pm.
This class is held in one of our outdoor pavilions; therefore, we ask that you dress accordingly.
After purchasing your ticket you should receive an email confirmation with important details, if you don't receive that please check your spam and give us a call.
This ticket includes ONE person and you'll get to take home TWO bannetons, basket linings, wood & steel bench scraper, plastic bench scraper, stainless steel bowl, and most importantly, sourdough starter! Complementary lunch is included. :)
Julie is Owner and Baker of Grain + Table, a sourdough microbakery business where you can purchase artisanal sourdough loaves & other holistic products! She is a wife and mom of one- based in Pitman, NJ. Julie will be teaching you the basics on creating and baking sourdough, and has been making bread for over 5 years now.
