Basic Birthday Party Package

Please take the time to read through this information before booking your birthday party. 

The Basic Party $200 base price includes...

- 10 children, any additional children above the included 10 will be $15 each (children 12 months and under are free).

- A two hour timeslot with six picnic tables for guests to sit, and one at the end for any food/beverages.

- Time for the kids to play in our Learning Barn. This space has a ton of age appropriate toys, STEM activities & more!

- A scenic hayride around the Farm. Included in the Basic Party price is for 10 adults and 10 children (not including the party parents). Any additional adults over the included 10 will be $5 per adult. All pick-your-own / seasonal activities are an extra per child; as the Basic Party package just includes the hayride itself.

- Dance with our mascot, Duffy the Cow!

- Animal feed to feed our animals

- A party host/hostess to help clean up, grab food from the Market, and facilitate the general flow of your party, to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. Tipping the host/hostess is always welcomed and appreciated! For parties that have 15 or more kids, a 15% gratuity will automatically be added to the bill for the party host/hostess.

Party Breakdown

1st half hour - Kids play in Learning Barn and/or other available play areas

2nd half hour - Time to eat

3rd half hour - Hayride (if you choose to pick anything, you will do that here, if not, it's just a scenic hayride around our Farm)

4th half hour - Sing “Happy Birthday”, eat dessert, dance with Duffy the Cow & feed the animals.

You are able to come a half hour early to set up, and have a half hour to clean up after. 

For an additional cost, you can add one or more of our seasonal activities, too! These activities will be an additional charge per child. Prices are subject to change.

Spring Activities

Available prior to Easter:

The kids will take a hayride to visit with the Easter Bunny and gather eggs and exchange them for a chocolate treat!  Lots of photo ops!  $6.00 per child

Starting the Saturday after Easter:

Strawberry Picking $5.00 per person (subject to availability)

Bounce House  $60.00 for 30-minute rental

Fall Activities

Apple Picking      $8.00 per person

Pumpkin Picking  $8.00 per person

You are welcome to bring your own food and supplies; however you can simplify your party and have us do the work for you! Our Deli and Bakery have options that would be a delicious addition to your party.

Duffield’s provide food for you, A la Carte!  

- Pizza $16.00 (8 slices)

- Hot Dogs $3.00 each

- Hoagies Trays also available from the Deli - 10% discount

- Birthday Cakes & Cupcakes from our Bakery - 10% discount

Drinks are also available!
